اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُوْرُ
Translation: All praise is for Allah who gave us life after having taken it from us, and unto Him is the resurrection.
Transliteration: Alḥamdu li-llāhi-l-ladhī aḥyānā baʿda mā amātanā wa ilayhi-n-nushūr.
Virtue: Abū Dharr (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) said: “When the Prophet ﷺ would lie on his bed at night, he would say: ‘O Allah, solely in Your Name I die and I live,’ and when he would wake up, he would say [the above]. (Bukhārī 6325)
